Stacie Fowler, DVM
Dr. Fowler is a 1995 graduate of Texas A&M University's College of Veterinary Medicine. She has practiced in the Dallas area for 15 years. Dr. Fowler has 10 years of experience in emergency and critical care medicine. Her special interests include pediatrics, non-traditional species, radiation safety and emergency preparedness. Dr. Fowler is also a certified pet loss and bereavement counselor. Outside of work Dr. Fowler enjoys spending time with her husband and 2 daughters, volunteering with her church and the Denton County Health Emergency Alert Response Team, cooking, gardening, rescuing animals, rehabilitating wild animals and spending time outdoors. She shares her home with 3 dogs, 3 cats, 3 miniature horses, 1 parrot, 1 snake, 2 goldfish, 2 Robo hamsters and usually at least 1 rescue or rehab visitor.

Paul Burnside, DVM
Dr. Burnside graduated from the University of Texas in Austin in 1996, and from the Texas A&M College of Veterinary Medicine in 2000. He completed a rotating small animal internship at Angell Memorial Animal Hospital in Boston, Massachusetts in 2001, and returned to the Dallas area. He started working at NTEPC in the summer of that year and has worked for several years in various day practices. He started working full-time for NTEPC in 2007. His medical interests include surgery and endoscopy.
Outside of work, Dr. Burnside enjoys playing in the band Southbound Lane, as well as building and playing various musical instruments. He also enjoys travel, scuba diving, and home repair. |

Darlene Williams
Darlene is our practices financial manager. She is a 1995 graduate of The University of Texas at Austin. She has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Economics with a concentration in Public Finance. She has 15 years of financial management experience. Darlene began working at NTEPC in August of 1997. She does financial consulting for various veterinary practices in DFW Metroplex. Outside of work, Darlene loves spending time with her husband, as well as volunteering as a mentor to teenage girls, travelling and reading. |
